The first name and activation code entered by the user at first launch are stored locally on the device only and are not transmitted to any server or third party. How We Use Your Information The name and activation code you enter are used solely to verify your enrolment in the festival and to display your personalised schedule and relevant content within the App. This information is never used for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond providing the App’s core functionality.

4. Data Storage and Security All data entered in the App is stored locally on your device using standard secure storage provided by the iOS and Android operating systems. No data is uploaded to external servers. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device.

The only external interaction is when a user taps the “Learn More” link within the App, which opens an external website in the device’s browser. That website operates under its own privacy policy.

6. Children’s Privacy The App may be used by participants under the age of 13. In accordance with applicable law, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. As described above, the App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data beyond the locally held name and activation code.

7. Screen Recording and Screenshots To protect the privacy of festival content and participant information, the App prevents screenshots and screen recordings on iOS and Android devices.
